The Ukiah Daily Journal's Editor, K.C. Meadows, moderated a public debate about the above issues on January 29, 2008. Speakers included Michael Shuman and Marie Jones, a City of Fort Bragg planner. The session was part of a series of Citizen U seminars hosted by The Ukiah Valley Smart Growth Coalition, The Ukiah Main Street Program and others.
